Hilton San Jose Hotel, San Jose

My stay at Hilton San Jose had its highlights, especially the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room. However, the consistently poor service from the front desk staff significantly detracted from my experience. While I appreciated the convenience of the laundry facilities and the comfort of the bed, the overall level of service left much to be desired. 🌟😔
